Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July, everybody! This week Daddy was off work so we were busy, busy, busy. I had a lot of firsts this week. My first trips included the Aquarium, the Sprayground, and the Zoo. I also got to see fireworks for the first time. And unfortunately, I got my first fever - caused by a throat infection. I seem to be getting better and the doctor said the fever should be all gone by Monday. I can't wait to be all better so I can get back to my busy self.

My favorite animals at the aquarium were the stingrays.
















It was so much fun getting all wet at the sprayground. But even more fun was getting Mommy and Daddy all wet - they didn't think to wear swimsuits. Ha-ha!





















They also had a fun playgound there, too. I really got a kick out of the swing - I was laughing so hard!

Picture Time

I'm 8 months old!

I've had so much fun these past few weeks that I've hardly noticed that I'm 8 months old! Now that I'm on the move I have so many new things to explore and experience. And I find things so funny sometimes. Here's my belly laugh.

Just before I turned 7 months I started creeping. Since then I have perfected my Army Crawl and learned how to cruise along furniture.

First Family Vacation

We took our first family trip to Fredericksburg. The trip did not go exactly as planned - we broke down in the middle of nowhere! While Mommy and Daddy were stressing, I enjoyed myself by practicing driving.




















Once we got our rental car - vacation was a go! Here's Mommy and me at Luckenbach.

Getting Ready for Summer

I am quite the swimmer after passing my first swim lessons. I can't wait for summer to begin - then I can swim everyday!
